Thank you for your interest in the Cool Bear Plan! If we have not previously serviced your HVAC system or worked with you before, an initial inspection prior is required prior to activating your maintenance agreement. This ensures the safety, efficiency, and long-term reliability of your system.

Inspection Fee: $75
System Condition: If your system is non-operational or presents safety concerns, all necessary repairs must be completed and verified before your maintenance plan can begin. In this case, the $75 will be billed separately from any repair costs.
